Expressworks International is recruiting for Change Management Consultants for projects in Houston, Texas.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Expressworks Consultants must have a minimum 7 years of experience, specifically leading change management with a project team within a defined consulting methodology. Candidates will be expected to create a change management roadmap for the life cycle of a project that is integrated into the project plan, and implement the change management deliverables for each phase of the project.
Required Experience
• 7+ experience – external change management consulting
• Ability to work within a project-based environment, implementing change within a defined consulting methodology
• Ability to guide senior management through complex changes
• Ability to plan and lead the implementation of behavioral, cultural, organizational, process, or technical changes in large companies
• Ability to facilitate senior project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
